For Non-Custom Items
These terms apply to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Before Your Order Has Shipped
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it ships. Please contact us for assistance.
Within 30 Days of Delivery
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for returning the item to us.
Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable).
For exchanges, email us with details about the item you’d like instead. As soon as we receive the returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement. If exchanging for a different size, we will refund or charge the difference in price as needed.
To Start a Return or Exchange
Please email us at admin@wallterego.com. Do not discard your item until we confirm your return is complete.
Color Differences
Due to variations in monitors and screens, the colors shown online may appear slightly different in person. We print all artwork true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original design.
For Custom Items
Custom items are made specifically for you, so returns and exchanges are not available. For most custom orders, you will have received a proof for approval before printing. Once approved and shipped, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed.
If you’d like a different size or variation of your custom item, we’re happy to create a new one for you at a discounted price. Please email us at admin@wallterego.com, and we’ll gladly work with you.
