What Are Your Shipping Options?

We provide both Economy and Express shipping options, with rates based on the size and quantity of your order. An estimated shipping cost will appear in your cart, while the final total and estimated delivery date are confirmed at checkout.

 

What Countries Do You Ship To?

Our shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Rates are automatically calculated in your cart according to your items and location. For orders outside the U.S., we may ship through a local partner near you for faster service.

 

What Company Do You Ship Through?

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship orders, depending on the size of the items. If you’d like us to use a specific carrier, just send us an email—we’ll be happy to see if we can make it happen.

 

How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

Every print is custom-made just for you once your order is placed.

During checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred arrival date based on the shipping method you select.

Larger canvases and bulk orders may take a little extra time to produce, and delivery times will vary by location.

How Do I Resolve a Shipment Issue?

We want every order to arrive safely and on time. If something goes wrong with shipping, we’re happy to help make it right—just contact us anytime.

Lost Packages

Your package is considered lost if:

  • It hasn’t arrived within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • Tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 business days.

  • The carrier has marked it as lost.

Damaged Items
